This role is responsible for providing the Service division operation/performance reports to SECA internal, NAHQ and HQ. Responsible to carry out the mission, vision, core values, critical success factors, objectives, performance measures, targets and improvement of service division under the direction of Head of Service, HQ and NAHQ. This position will be also responsible for improving Service Operation soundness based on detailed diagnosis and Service internal auditing of existing processes. (40%)

In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for the analytics of financial operations within the Corporate Service division. Will be involved with strategic planning initiatives (expense/profit simulations), plan the annual budget and monitor/measure spend financial performance, parts sales and service expense forecasting, profit reporting and simulations related to service programs and evaluate and report financial risks (60%).

Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides communication to key stakeholders ensuring clarity and awareness of strategies and objectives for business intelligence analysis Provide regular service operation reports (include finance) that reported to SECA Management, HQ and NAHQ. Manage internal process to insure all process flows on document & Complaint Managing development and continuously improve service procedures, policies and systems Review service expenses on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and report to senior management/executives Monthly reconciliation of GL/cost centres; create and modify service cost BI reports Preparation and analysis of monthly SCR report and other SVC cost related reports on a monthly basis (SVC cost ratio, warranty expenses, parts usage, exchanges & refunds, etc.) Planning of annual budget (MP) Development of service cost savings projects and evaluate progress on a regular basis Analysis and monitoring of Service division income statement Preparation of ROI/Ad-hoc financial analysis on strategic service projects Reporting on financial information relevant to the service organization and monitor the internal control environment Works with finance to ensure consistency and alignment of processes and initiatives (eg. audits, systems) Other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

University degree (Business Administration, Commerce) preferred CA/CMA/CGA or Enrollment in a designated accounting program is desirable

Knowledge:

Excellent communication skills with HQ/NAHQ/Internal teams. Good negotiating skills. Motivated with excellent time management skills. Above average supervisory skills Project management and process improvement related skills Sound knowledge of financial trade spending accrual process or system knowledge Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) an asset Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point & Work Bilingual Korean/English preferred

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of related experience in Operation management / Planning / Strategy preferred Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in finance/operations preferred
