The
Associate Director, Global Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) will be a highly impactful contributor to the organisation, delivering critical strategic and operational outcomes in support of our business strategy.

Reporting to the
Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity, you will support the implementation of the global I&D strategy and roadmap that is aligned with AstraZeneca's values, addresses the business and employee needs, and strengthens our human-centric and inclusive culture.
You will partner with senior leaders and other collaborators to drive accountability and advise on the execution of the I&D plans across business units.
Within this exciting role, you will demonstrate your excellent knowledge and experience of current external and future trends to advise leaders and employees in developing and operationalizing programme solutions aligned to the Global I&D strategy.
You will be guided by the data, using key metrics to measure outcomes and successes - sharing insights to bring greater consistency across the enterprise.
Key capabilities
- Outstanding communications and organisational change skills, supporting the success of highimpact initiatives from conception to launch.
- Excellent partner management skills the ability to manage relationships and expectations across a matrixed environment, coordinating time and resources according to shifting priorities.
- Proven excellence in the creation and implementation of programmes that have a major impact within a business area and organisation with a consistent track record in decisionmaking.
- Robust evaluation capabilities: the ability to assess a program's value identifying key strengths and challenges and making recommendations for improvements.
- Ability to identify rootcause issues, match people's strategies to business strategies and deliver programs that achieve results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to guide and influence team members across all levels within a global organisation.
- A track record of developing and implementing workplace culture strategies and/or related change management needs.
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively challenge others, disrupting the status quo.
- Experience in maximising internal/external data and analytics to develop insights and drive datainformed decisions.
- Ability to navigate the tactical, operational and strategic needs of a growing organisation in an environment of ambiguity and change.
- Ability to earn trust, collaborate, and maintain positive and professional relationships with collaborators at all levels.
