Tasks/responsibilities:

  • Perform the necessary research by communication with the appropriate department and correct the invoice if required.
  • Receive paperwork from drivers
  • ensure all is in good order
  • Process bills of lading
  • Communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries
  • Order supplies
  • Create shipping labels for shipments
  • Create delivery receipts
  • Prepare reports
  • Send out notifications

Job requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Proficient with billing systems
  • Highly productive and resourceful in resolving issues
  • Must be a good team worker
