***Reporting to the General Manager of Operations. We are looking for a skilled
Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs, record keeping planning, and minor general cleaning.

Standard Job Duties

  • Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. through out the facility, able to operate floor cleaning equipment and maintain said equipment.
  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, putting up safety rails and guarding etc.
  • Checking control panels, compressors
  • Install minor equipment as required
  • Deal with 3rd party suppliers and internal purchasing reps when sending out and monitoring repairs for pneumatic and other hand tooling.
  • Record keeping
  • Following up on repair lead times
  • Foster supplier relationships and contacts
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, replacing and repairing air lines
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
  • Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire extinguishers)
  • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations or special projects

Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with pneumatics and hand tooling.
- knowledge of Health and safety as it relates to work to be performed

  • Have a vehicle and the ability to perform work between the Superior and our Chedworth facility (approx. distance 3.0 Km)
