Responsibilities:

  • Bath and groom pets according to client specifications
  • Handle and restrain pets as necessary during the bathing and drying process
  • Clean and sanitize grooming tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure the wellbeing of pets in your care

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a pet bather or in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of different dog breeds and their grooming needs is a plus
  • Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners in a friendly and professional manner
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting, as bathing large dogs may require lifting them into tubs or onto grooming tables

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
$16.55-$21.55 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
