**Your role at Tumi: As part of our Retail team, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

**Performance to Goals: - Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.

  • Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
  • Take responsibility for performance.
**Teamwork: - Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Demonstrate organizational core values.
  • Complete quarterly goal setting for personal development.

  • Utilize active listening skills in order to seek understanding of others.

**Compliance: - Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy.

  • Stay up to date with all training.
  • Complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
**Visual Merchandising/Client Experience: - Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives, inclusive of cleanliness standards.

  • Enforce excellent client services through the emphasis of utilizing client books, thank you cards and executing event strategies.
  • Ensure a consistent superior client experience.
