Construction Phase Preparation:
Participate in process studies and preliminary site visits.
Manage project logistics and travel arrangements.
Develop and manage site schedules and budgets.
Optimize resource allocation and procurement strategies.

Installation and Start-Up Management:
Set up and manage site KPIs and start-up activities.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure line reliability.

Quality Assurance:

At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, with a strong emphasis on welding.

Proven ability to oversee complex site operations involving high-tech welding processes and equipment.
Deep understanding of environmental impacts related to the automotive welding sector and strategies for mitigation.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to drive team performance and productivity in a demanding industrial environment.
