**Responsibilities**:

- Simulating analog circuits using SPICE tools
- Testing and prototyping electronic circuits in the lab using electronic equipment
- Learning new skills and technologies as needed
- Assisting with schematic capture and PCB layout design using KiCAD (experience with KiCAD is a plus)
- Preparing the bill of material for placing orders
- Experience with microcontrollers is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Should be in their 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree of electrical engineering or related field or pursuing their master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Strong interest in hardware design
- Basic understanding of passive components and their behavior
- Clear understanding of analog circuit concepts including operational amplifiers, filters, transistors, voltage regulators, mixers, power amplifiers, analog to digital convertors (ADCs), and digital to analog convertors (DACs)
- Familiarity in SPICE simulation tools
- Familiarity with KiCAD (preferred but not required)
- Ability to use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters
- Experience with soldering and PCB assembly
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for their work and a desire to contribute to the team's success
- Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in French is a plus.

**Responsabilités**:

- Simulation de circuits analogiques à l'aide d'outils SPICE
- Test et prototypage de circuits électroniques en laboratoire à l'aide d'équipements électroniques
- Apprentissage de nouvelles compétences et technologies au besoin
- Aide à la capture de schéma et à la conception de la disposition de PCB à l'aide de KiCAD (l'expérience de KiCAD est un plus)
- Préparation du bon de commande pour l'achat de composants électroniques
- Avoir de l'expérience avec les microcontrôleurs est un plus

**Exigences**:

- Être en 3e ou 4e année de baccalauréat en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe ou poursuivre une maîtrise en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe
- Fort intérêt pour la conception matérielle
- Compréhension de base des composants passifs et de leurs comportements
- Compréhension claire des concepts de circuits analogiques, y compris les amplificateurs opérationnels, les filtres, les transistors, les régulateurs de tension, les mélangeurs, les amplificateurs de puissance, les convertisseurs analogiques-numériques (CAN) et les convertisseurs numériques-analogiques (CNA)
- Familiarité avec les outils de simulation SPICE
- Familiarité avec KiCAD (préférable mais pas obligatoire)
- Capacité à utiliser du matériel de laboratoire tel que des oscilloscopes, des générateurs de signaux et des multimètres
- Expérience de soudure et de l'assemblage de PCB
- Volonté d'apprendre
- Passion pour son travail et volonté de contribuer au succès de l'équipe
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise et celle du français est un plus
