Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft InTune across mobile devices, ensuring a seamless and effective rollout.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of device enrollment, from unenrolling phones from Workspace ONE to re-enrolling them using InTune, including backups and troubleshooting.
  • Uphold strict security protocols, particularly with SharePoint Security Azure Skills, to protect organizational data and prevent breaches.
  • Work closely with IT specialists and staff, providing support and guidance throughout the deployment process.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of processes and issues, ensuring transparency and continuity in IT operations.
Qualifications

  • Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft InTune and VMware Workspace ONE.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Entra (Azure AD) and related Microsoft 365 management and security features.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and document processes.
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and self-directed approach.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
