Join Vancouver government client on an initial 3-month contract as a Microsoft InTune MDM Specialist aimed at enhancing mobile device management.
We are seeking an expert to lead the deployment of Microsoft InTune for our client, tasked with phasing out current MDM systems and ensuring a smooth transition to a more integrated solution.

- Manage the entire lifecycle of device enrollment, from unenrolling phones from Workspace ONE to re-enrolling them using InTune, including backups and troubleshooting.
- Uphold strict security protocols, particularly with SharePoint Security Azure Skills, to protect organizational data and prevent breaches.
- Work closely with IT specialists and staff, providing support and guidance throughout the deployment process.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of processes and issues, ensuring transparency and continuity in IT operations.
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft InTune and VMware Workspace ONE.
- Strong understanding of Azure Entra (Azure AD) and related Microsoft 365 management and security features.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and document processes.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and self-directed approach.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
