Inventory Coordinator to join our team in

Brampton, ON. This is a

Permanent Full-Time opportunity (benefit eligible) working the following shifts:

Shift details:

Hours:
Monday to Friday 08h30 to 16h30

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the electronic sorting and processing of incoming document.
  • Scanning all medical document, may be asked also to QA document.
  • Sending supplies to health professional base on their needs.
  • Preparing kit for specific client to send directly to them of clinic.

Requirements:

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to selfmanage.
  • Ability to work quickly and meet production targets.
  • Ability to focus for long periods of time.

Knowledge, Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Reading comprehension (French) an asset
  • Previous related experience an asset

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to process electronic documents with both speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

Social Process Skills:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Perform well autonomously and work well within a team.
  • Good selfmotivator results oriented.
  • Reading comprehension (French) an asset

  • Preserve and safeguard all confidential information during the course of employment with Dynacare.
