  • Develop materials for various ALCOs to facilitate discussions on where RBC Clear fits in the "larger picture" from a risk and balance sheet strategy perspective.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product partners to provide expert input on liquidity implications in the design stage of product/capabilities launch.
  • Produce and maintain various policies related to deposit pricing and governance.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across the firm (including Capital Markets and functional partners) and acting as an advocate for the Business.
  • Familiarity of various regulatory metrics and its implications on RBC Clear revenues.
  • Turn data-driven insights into recommendations that help shape client, product and tenor mix to achieve a stable operational deposit base over time.

  • Proficient in handling large sets of data and manipulating data to tell a story (Excel, SQL, Access, Python, Power Point, Visual Basic, Tableaux).
  • Familiarity in Cash Management / Payments / Transaction Banking is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to see tasks through, being accountable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to forge strong relationships and routines with cross functional partners to drive strong business outcomes.
  • Strong sense of collaboration, being open with your time and knowledge with other team members.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages, trade-offs and tell a compelling story.
