The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Manager, Solution Architect, the candidate will join our internal Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) ERP team as a functional lead in Production and Supply Chain areas.

Working closely with internal business leads, the IT team and implementation partners, this role will support the ongoing implementation and stabilization of D365 F&O ERP system.

The role requires functional and technical understanding of the system, solution design skills and on-hand experience in building production and supply chain processes.

The successful candidate is an established professional with D365 F&O implementation experience, capable working independently on multiple work streams.

The role will require high level of interaction and alignment with business leads across multiple sites and provinces and requires high responsiveness paired with good coaching skills.

What you will be doingAs a part of an internal implementation team participate in D365 F&O software implementation projects in Production and Supply Chain areas:

• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures to identify process improvement opportunities
• Define, develop, and document business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
• Closely work with business users on process definition and optimization, conduct Fit/Gap analysis
• Propose a solution design and write functional design documents (FDDs)
• Configure D365 F&O ERP to support required business processes
• Work with development team to clarify design questions during the development and testing phases
• Conduct solution testing
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Conduct user training and create user training documentsSupport ongoing business operations, provide assistance in issue resolution and training, support regular D365 upgrade activities:

• Review new features and develop plan for adoption
• Conduct risk assessments of new releases in production and supply chain management areas
• Design and test plans for new features
• Support regression testing
• Drive ERP adoption and improvement in the companyWho you are
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent college diploma with a major in computer science, information technology, or corresponding business areas.
• 5+ years implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365 F&O
• Experience with Production module implementation in D365 F&O
• Solid understanding of D365 AX/FO functionality and business processes in production and supply chain areas
• Knowledge of D365 F&O data model & integration approaches
• Proficient SQL skills
• Strong solution design skills and knowledge of D365 F&O design best practices
• D365 F&O/AX2012 Certification and experience in MS Power platform is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and high responsiveness
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
