FULL TIME SPA RECEPTIONIST & ATTENDANT
Etandah Organic Day Spa is a full-service spa committed to the highest standards of customer care.

Our beautiful space reflects our attention to every detail as we focus on providing organic skincare and exceptional spa experiences for our guests.

We are in search of a Full Time Spa Receptionist & Attendant.

The Spa Receptionist & Attendant is the first face people see when they come into the spa, we are looking for someone who has excellent people skills and passion for the wellness industry.

• Greet and check in Clients
• Maintain 5star spa cleanliness and detail professional appearance.
• Manage telecommunications with clients for booking services.
• Communicate all client reservations to appropriate staff
• Assist practitioners with cleaning and setting up treatment room
• Opening and closing duties
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Laundry folding and storage
• Educate guests on services and retail products
• Maintain inventory of spa supplies, retail products and stock of all reception and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
• Detailoriented with a positive attitude that contributes to a healthy, friendly, and supportive workplace
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and possibly some Saturdays
• Ability to work independently
• Must be focused on providing an exceptional level of service to every guest

Salary:
$17.00-$24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Yellowknife, NT X1A 1S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
