Responsibilities:

  • Perform powder coating on various metal parts and components
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
  • Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of powder coating on all surfaces
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired coating thickness and finish
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touchups or rework
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

  • Previous experience in powder coating or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
  • Knowledge of materials handling and warehouse operations
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
  • Experience with operating hand tools and precision measuring instruments
  • Basic understanding of welding techniques is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision

Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
