Nous recherchons un analyste d'affaires pour aider les équipes de développement d'entreprise et de stratégie à prendre les meilleures décisions en matière de fusions et acquisitions et de partenariats pour Plusgrade. Relevant du vice-président, Stratégie, l'analyste d'affaires joue un rôle clé dans l'évaluation et l'exécution des des opportunités d'acquisitions, s'appuyant sur les succès déjà solides de Plusgrade.

**Qu'est-ce que tu vas faire**:

- Aider à élaborer un plan annuel pour atteindre les objectifs de développement de l'entreprise
- Rechercher, identifier, analyser et évaluer une variété d'opportunités de fusions et acquisitions et de partenariats
- Soutenir l'équipe tout au long du processus de fusion et acquisition, du contact initial avec les cibles jusqu'à l'intégration et la clôture post-transaction, en mettant l'accent sur l'exécution de la revue diligente, la modélisation financière et la coordination et la revues de rapports externes
- Chapeauter la préparation des documents clés pour formuler les recommandations, y compris les modèles financiers, l'analyse, les documents du comité d'investissement/du conseil d'administration, etc.
- Aider à l'intégration des sociétés nouvellement acquises, en mettant l'accent sur le suivi des résultats financiers
- Soutenir l'équipe de développement d'affaires avec d'autres projets ad hoc
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de stratégie sur différents projets

**Qualification**:

- Diplôme de premier cycle en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un autre domaine commercial connexe.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans la banque d'investissement, le capital-investissement, les services d'audit / de transaction des Big 4, les fusions et acquisitions d'entreprises ou toute autre organisation d'investissement pertinente au rythme rapide et axée sur l'analyse
- Solides compétences en recherche, en modélisation financière, en analyse et en évaluation
- Capacité à respecter les délais et à bien travailler sous pression

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help the Corporate Development and Strategy teams make the best M&A and partnership decisions for Plusgrade. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, the Business Analyst will play a key role in helping Plusgrade build on its already strong track record of success and further develop the company's portfolio.

**What will you be doing**:

- Help build annual plan to achieve corporate development goals
- Research, identify, analyze and evaluate a variety of M&A and partnership opportunities
- Support the team throughout the M&A process from initial contact/outreach with prospects all the way through to integration and post-transaction closing, with a focus on performing due diligence, financial modeling, and coordinating and reviewing third party due diligence
- Lead the preparation of the key materials to make the recommendations, including financial models, analysis, investment committee/board materials, memos, etc.
