**Job description**

**Surintendant de Chantier**

**Pré-construction**
- Vérifie les plans et devis.
- Définir les exigences et les échéanciers des projets.
- Communique de façon proactive les détails et les exigences.

**Construction**
- Travaille en collaboration avec le coordinateur de projet pour garantir les délais des projets, la qualité d'exécution des travaux et à ce que les objectifs des projets soient rencontrés.
- Coordonne de manière proactive les partenaires de sous-traitance selon le plan de projet.
- Communique de manière proactive l'avancement et les exigences du projet et répond aux préoccupations.

**Service après-vente**

Capacité de servir le client après finition de la maison
- 5 ans et + d'expérience en construction résidentielle.
- Connaissance générale de tous les aspects de la construction résidentielle.
- Forte capacité d'analyse et connaissance des pratiques de détail en construction.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication verbale et écrite, en français et en anglais.
- Être apte à exécuter certaines tâches connexes au chantier
- Aptitude à travailler efficacement avec partenaires de sous-traitance et tous les intervenants pour l'achèvement réussi des projets.
- Capacité de lire et de comprendre des plans architecturaux et de consultants.
- Forte éthique de travail, hautement motivé et aime le défi.
- Prêt et capable d'apprendre des compétences et des nouveaux concepts rapidement.
- Confiant, fiable, minutieux, positif et avoir de l'entregent.
- Capable de maintenir un comportement professionnel dans des situations difficiles.
- Apprécie un environnement de travail pluridisciplinaire et dynamique.
- Capable de prioriser et d'être flexible, tout en demeurant efficace.

**Objectif et taches**
- Pendant le premier mois, notre objectif est de vous faire suivre le surintendant de projet sénior pour vous habituer à nos processus et de vous connecter avec nos partenaires de sous traitance.
- Après le 1er mois, vous devriez être en mesure de vous acquitter des tâches de base qui vous sont confiées par le surintendant de projet sénior.
- Au 3ieme mois, vous devrez «gérer une maison» du début à la fin tout en aidant le surintendant sénior avec d'autres taches.
- Après 6 mois, on s'attend à ce que vous soyez en mesure de gérer entièrement au moins 3 maisons en même temps.
- Après une année complète, vous devez gérer 5 à 7 maisons à la fois.

**Jobsite Superintendent**

**Pre-Construction**
- Reviews plans & specifications
- Outlines project requirements and timelines.
- Proactively communicates the details and requirements.

**Construction**
- Works in collaboration with the project coordinator to ensure project deadlines, the quality of workmanship, and overall project goals are met.
- Proactively ensures all trade partners respect the construction schedule and safety requirements.
- Proactively coordinates all trades partners according to project plan.
- Proactively communicates project progress and requirements and addresses any concerns.

**After sales service**

Ability to service the client after completion of the home (courteous with handyman ability)
- 5+ Years of experience in residential construction.
- General knowledge of all aspects of residential construction.
- Be able to perform certain tasks related to the site and home building process.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of construction detailing practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
- Ability to work effectively for successful project completion.
- Ability to read and understand architectural & consultants plans.
- Strong work ethic highly motivated and enjoys a challenge.
- Willing and able to learn new skills and concepts quickly.
- Confident, reliable, meticulous, positive & outgoing personality.
- Able to maintain a professional demeanour in challenging situations.
- Enjoys a multifaceted and dynamic work environment.
- Able to prioritize and be flexible, while maintaining efficiency.
