We require a Part Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team at The Hitch House
As a,
Part Time Receptionist you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all our clients.

As a member of our Administration team you will be responsible for providing reception duties primarily focused on answering all incoming calls and meeting and greeting customers for sales, parts, and service departments always in a polite and pleasant manner.

Located 5 minutes north or Barrie and 20 minutes south of Orillia on Hwy 11, The Hitch House is considered to be one of Canada's premier Motorhome Dealerships.

We offer a large selection of RVs and in our over 50-year history have grown into a 14-acre display lot with a 50,000 square foot facility.

Administrative:

  • Greet all customers with a very welcoming manner upon their arrival at the dealership
  • Operate multi line phone system, answering all incoming calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate with callers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner, trying to minimize the time they are put on hold, prepare accurate and detailed messages
  • Manage the Customer Traffic Log assigning customers based on the Salesperson UP system
  • Process point of sale transactions for Sales and parts Departments
  • Reconcile the till, debit/credit card receipts, place deposits in safe daily
  • Maintain a clean and orderly reception/customer waiting area
  • Focus attention on priority work to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism consistent with the standards set by the dealership.

Technical:

  • Experience in a retail environment ie. Customer Service
  • Related educational experience an asset

Personal:

  • Energetic, self motivated
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Written communication skills required.
  • Exceptional rapport building abilities, strong client focus.
  • Team player, willingness to share expertise.

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
