SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring positive and effective communication with drivers, customers and internal staff. They must maintain an efficient flow of paperwork and information between the office, warehouse staff, drivers and customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Basic computer knowledge, interpersonal skills, and recordkeeping, along with the ability to follow safety rules and work under deadlines.
  • Able to process inbound & outbound PO's(verify and report error to Team Lead/Supervisor), receive SCT(Supply Chain Transfer) into the system, have worked with an ERP system in the past is a plus like Syspro/SAP.
  • Good in time management, able to communicate to other departments with no issue.
  • Attention to detail is a must, following company policies is crucial for warehouse clerk to succeed.
  • Organize the shipping schedule and print out pick orders accurately every morning as required
  • Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
  • Bin transfer to move the inventory between two bins in Syspro/and in RF gun, able to adjust inventory from bins.
  • Understand how to pick orders & basic FIFO knowledge.
  • May be assigned to other duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in packaging and/or a manufacturing environment optional.
  • Proficient computer experience with Syspro and Excel background is an asset.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; must be proficient in math.
  • Valid First Aid Certification is an asset.
  • Able to work well and multitask in a fast pace environment while maintaining a dedication to quality, safety & accuracy.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English

RELATED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • Hearing protection and steel toe shoes required.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment.
  • Frequently standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, and twisting while transferring product
  • Maneuver heavy objects, including lifting (floor to waist, waist to shoulders, and overhead) and carrying up to 30kg (approximately one to two hours a day)
