Mesures d'adaptation en matière d'évaluation

Services partagés Canada (SPC) s'engage à créer un milieu de travail respectueux des deux langues officielles du Canada. La dotation de postes bilingue, en ce qui a trait à la supervision et la prestation de services communs et centraux, est la norme dans les régions désignées bilingues aux fins de langues de travail. Les analystes des opérations d'infrastructure du volet de travail des opérations de service fournissent des services informatiques techniques et des conseils en matière d'analyse, de planification, de développement, de mise en œuvre, de support, de surveillance, d'intégration, de maintenance, de dépannage, de planification de la capacité, de résolution d'incidents et d'amélioration continue des opérations d'infrastructure informatique d'un département/agence à l'appui de la prestation de services aux clients internes ou externes et aux parties prenantes. Cela inclut le matériel, les logiciels, les réseaux, les installations et autres composants nécessaires pour permettre les tests, la fourniture, la surveillance, le contrôle et le support des services informatiques. Il englobe divers domaines d'infrastructure, tels que : Infrastructure réseau, Gestion des installations du centre de données, infrastructure de stockage et infrastructure de serveur. Les employés de ce volet de travail utilisent des processus et des pratiques de gestion des services de TI (GSTI).
