As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Bell/Virgin Plus/Lucky telecommunication products and services to both individual customers and businesses.
You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet those needs.

- Maintain and exceed personal sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing appropriate product and service recommendations. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Develop a deep understanding of the telecom products and services offered by the company. Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company's offerings to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions to meet their specific needs. Provide accurate and detailed product information, pricing, and contract terms to customers, and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve overall sales objectives. Share knowledge, best practices, and insights to contribute to the team's success.
- Anticipate opportunities to exceed both external and internal customer expectations
- Act as an ambassador by professionally representing the Bell Brand
