The Opportunity:


O2E Brands is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team As part of the Business Technology department, the incumbent will manage a mix of business & technical projects spanning software selection, implementation, integration, development, and change management.

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of the time.

A Day in the Life:

  • Managing numerous crossdepartmental business and technology projects
  • Working with key stakeholders to develop clearly defined project deliverables
  • Analyzing and assessing business needs on an ongoing basis to develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Championing project management culture throughout the organization
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for projects and focusing project activities on realizing the intended benefits of the project
  • Analyzing and evaluating the financial feasibility and risks of projects
  • Contributing to the analysis and development of the company's strategy
  • Manage high visibility projects using agile methods that may cross multiple business units
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
  • Drive change management and adoption of critical business tools
  • Define and manage project management processes and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices
  • Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects
  • Analyze and assess business needs on an ongoing basis to develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Work closely with Product Managers to manage customer expectations for project deliverables, manage stakeholder communications, and help to implement an effective system of project delivery across our technology platforms
  • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; mentor and develop team members
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for projects and focus project activities on realizing the intended benefits of the project metrics link to success and adoption

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
  • At an enterprise level, the ability to lead and manage complex enterpriselevel projects consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams
  • At a team level, play a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools
  • Experience overseeing multifunction project teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, and experience interacting with both business and technology experts
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, and collaborating
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills, while maintaining a "big picture" view of the objective
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business needs and establish customer trust and confidence
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using project tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Smartsheets, or equivalent
  • Agile Project Management tools such as JIRA or equivalent
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software/webrelated projects using Agile methodologies (i.e. software development, COTS implementation, integration or migration projects)
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
