- Gestion globale de patrimoine et d'actifs est un important moteur de croissance pour Manuvie. Nous opérons trois secteurs d'activités (services aux particuliers, régimes de retraite et services aux clients institutionnels) et sommes un acteur important en Amérique du Nord, en Asie et en Europe.
- Nos solutions d'investissements aux particuliers couvrent plus de 280 milliards de dollars auprès de plus de 10 millions d'investisseurs au niveau mondial. De plus, nos services de conseils et de planification financière aident plus de investisseurs au Canada, aux États-Unis et en Asie à atteindre leurs objectives. Au total nos services aux particuliers contribuent à près de 40% des bénéfices de Gestion globale de patrimoine et d'actifs et occupe une position enviable dans tous nos principaux marchés.
- Responsabilités:

- Susciter et guider l'élaboration de stratégies, revues de l'affectation du capital et des ressources, et l'évaluation des progrès par rapport aux objectifs stratégiques auprès des équipes de directions mondiale et régionales
- Analyser les tendances internes et externes affectants nos opérations, les différents points et indices de référence, et les actions entreprises par nos concurrents en vue de perfectionner la stratégie d'affaire
- S'assurer que les dépenses discrétionnaires soient congruentes avec la direction stratégique et génèrent les résultats souhaités
- Diriger la conception, la mise en œuvre et la gestion continue du programme d'Objectifs et Résultats Clés (« OKR ») au sein de la division de services aux particuliers
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires financiers pour évaluer les progrès réalisés dans l'exécution de la stratégie, tout en identifiant les domaines nécessitant des interventions particulières
- Coordonner et développer les documents de discussion pour divers forums de direction, tout en assurant la cohérence et l'alignement auprès des équipes de Gestion globale de patrimoine et d'actifs
- Faciliter et diriger l'élaboration de contenu pour les retraites stratégiques de l'équipe de gestion
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les principaux intervenants à l'élaboration et à l'exécution des plans de communications liés aux ambitions organisationnelles et aux priorités stratégiques
- Développer et mettre à jour le contenu lié à la performance stratégique et opérationnelle de la division de services aux particuliers pour discussions avec les différentes parties prenantes (autant internes qu'externes)
- Favoriser la collaboration, la rigueur et la transparence pour soutenir l'équipe de gestion dans l'exécution de la stratégie
- Encadrer et guider d'autres professionnels de l'équipe mondiale de stratégie mondiale
- Ce que nous recherchons
- Titre professionnel (MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, CFA), combiné à plus de dix ans d'expérience pertinente acquise progressivement dans le secteur des services financiers
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à obtenir des renseignements pertinents et à éliminer le cloisonnement
- Capacité à gérer des situations difficiles et à signaler les problèmes de façon efficace
- Sens aigu des affaires, idéalement combiné à une connaissance approfondie du secteur des services d'investissements et de conseils financiers aux particuliers
- Capacité à établir des liens et à cerner les tendances et les problèmes rapidement
- Sens de la politique, perspicacité et capacité à exercer son influence
- Sens de l'organisation exceptionnel et solide aptitude pour la gestion de projets
