We supply solutions for a variety of different markets in residential, commercial, industrial and emerging green markets such as wind farms, solar energy, hydroelectric, water and waste treatments.

You will be working for the world's #1 privately held business to business distributor of electrical products and related solutions.

In-depth process and product training provided by a mentored approach, product knowledge sessions hosted by the Product Manager and lunch and learn meetings.

Identify project opportunities through customer engagement, news media, industry journals/publications, internet search and/or database

  • Qualify leads by direct communication with stakeholders, via email and telephone, to gain a better understanding of the upcoming project and identify key buying influencers.
  • Track leads by geography, project status, decision makers and sales opportunity
  • Identify action required steps to secure new business for each project opportunity
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities
  • Manage data for new and prospective projects
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Participate in bi-monthly review meetings with Projects/Sales to provide information related to projects that could lead to new business
  • Promote regular communication and updates of lead status with Sales and Projects teams
  • Identify opportunities for special product groups and maintain data regarding quotations and orders stemming from leads
Supporting incoming sales requests from website

  • Office experience (internship or co-op)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
