As an Associate Director focusing on Health & Benefits, you'll play a key role in the client service team, building strong relationships across the organization. You'll manage various projects, using your expertise to advise clients on health and benefits programs. Key Responsibilities:

You'll be involved in sales leadership, client strategy development, relationship building, day-to-day service management, and overall consulting activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage client relationships and boost revenue streams
  • Contribute to new client acquisition efforts as part of a team
  • Supervise, integrate, and oversee all project deliverables
  • Support global benefit requirements as necessary
  • Act as the lead project manager, crafting benefit strategies, guiding project planning, and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Provide proactive advice to clients and deliver exceptional client service
  • Establish internal relationships and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Lead the client team, define project roles, and ensure accountability
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Review client deliverables to guarantee alignment with client goals and optimal service utilization
