General Worker

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general activities related to the manufacturing industry such as loading/unloading, lifting, and moving material around the worksite
- Ensure equipment and worksite is organized and free of clutter, rubble, and garbage
- Assist machine operators, welders, assemblers, and other coworkers
- Learn and assist with welding (TIG & MIG)
- Abide by the requirements of WorkSafeBC and the safety manual/procedures
- Ensure all tools are properly maintained and stored
- Other general labour and manufacturingrelated duties as required
Qualifications & Abilities
- Punctual, strong and reliable work ethics
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting
- Possess a positive cando attitude
- Experience is an asset, however, full training will be provided
- Knowledge of welding would be an asset
