Notre équipe des ressources humaines s'agrandit Nous recherchons un partenaire d'affaires en ressources humaines (PARH) expérimenté pour rejoindre notre studio de Montréal et travailler aux côtés d'une équipe fabuleuse et en pleine croissance en RH.

Le PARH exercera un large éventail de fonctions RH en mettant en œuvre les meilleures pratiques relatives à l'attraction, à la rétention et au développement des employés en fonction de la compréhension des exigences opérationnelles et de l'expertise technique.
- Partenaire stratégique
- Fournir un encadrement et des conseils aux chefs d'entreprise sur leur interprétation et leur exécution des politiques et programmes RH tels que la gestion du rendement, la rémunération, le développement, les relations avec les employés, etc.
- Doter les managers d'outils et de conseils stratégiques avec l'appui des centres d'excellence de DNEG (HR Analyst, Immigration, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits)
- Travailler en partenariat avec les chefs d'entreprise et les membres de l'équipe RH pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue
- Animez des sessions d'intégration des nouveaux managers: mettez-les au courant des politiques RH, des pratiques, des particularités de leur équipe et de l'entreprise

- La gestion du changement

L'industrie VFX est un environnement rapide. La HRBP mettra en place des marqueurs efficaces afin d'accompagner les managers dans tout changement (plan de déploiement, plan de communication, formation si besoin).
- Relations avec les employés

Responsable de la gestion des dossiers délicats ou complexes tels que le harcèlement, le respect au travail ou les enquêtes diverses: Conduire-Évaluer-Recommander-Prendre des mesures.
- La formation et le développement
- Faciliter les formations: Formation en leadership (6 modules), Respect sur le lieu de travail, Gestion de la performance, RH 101
- Évaluer les besoins, construire et faciliter de nouveaux contenus de formation pour les managers et les employés afin de soutenir leur croissance professionnelle ou les besoins de l'entreprise
- Acquisition de talents et immigration

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec ces 2 services pour s'assurer qu'ils disposent de la bonne information et des outils RH appropriés (rapports, KPIs, Rémunérations et avantages, conseils juridiques) pour attirer les talents
- Gestion de la rémunération
- Gérer les ajustements du marché de la rémunération hors cycle, les promotions, la stratégie de rétention.
- Soutenir les gestionnaires dans leur processus de prise de décision et présenter des analyses de rentabilisation en cas de besoin
- Assurer l'équité salariale interne
- Opérationnel et administratif
- Maintenir des KPI spécifiques et déployer des rapports via le système SIRH WorkDay
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour s'assurer que les niveaux opérationnels sont tenus à jour
- Gérer les processus d'invalidité. Cela comprend l'administration du programme de retour au travail, y compris la communication avec le travailleur handicapé, les chefs de service et les assureurs.
- Gérer le processus d'assurance Statut implicite / GWL Bridge
- Gérer le processus de transfert avec le système ATS Jobvite

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH intersites (Vancouver, Londres et Inde).
- Participer ou diriger des projets locaux et éventuellement d'entreprise
- Respectez et soutenez toutes les directives et réglementations de sécurité
- Autres tâches connexes assignées

- Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, développement organisationnel, gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
- Titre CRHA ou recherche active (un atout)
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines dans un rôle de généraliste / partenaire commercial fournissant un soutien RH de bout en bout à diverses unités d'affaires et à leurs équipes
- Compréhension approfondie de la législation sur l'emploi tant provinciale que fédérale
- Passion pour promouvoir et stimuler l'engagement positif des employés.
- Anglais et français écrits et parlés
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
