You have:

  • Experience in a similar role (Line Cook, Chef de Partie, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain excellence and consistency in cleanliness
  • Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to adhere to company standards
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work later evenings and weekends
  • Evening closing availability required
