Our team is based in the Outaouais region and works mainly on a daytime schedule, on a full-time basis.

What your role in our team will be like :
- Locate, diagnose, isolate and troubleshoot faults in electrical and electronic systems;
- Remove and replace defective components;
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance programs and maintain maintenance logs;
- Check, install, connect and maintain cables, conduits, controls, circuits, auxiliary equipment and accessories;
- Keep building electrical plans and schematics up to date;
- Verify compliance of electrical installations made by subcontractors;
- Supervise the work of subcontractors for the maintenance of the building's 25 KV, electronic groups and emergency circuits;
- Maintain lighting systems for institutional, commercial and industrial buildings.
What we are looking for in our new colleague:
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in construction and building electricity;
- Journeyman (Electrician) Competency Certificate (JCC) from the Commission de la Construction du Québec (Mandatory);
- Minimum 5 years' experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems in industrial or institutional buildings (Asset);
- Available for on-call duty 24/7 (once every 2 weeks);
- Valid driver's license;
- No criminal record related to the job.
If, in addition, you have :
- A good knowledge of the maintenance of high-capacity UPS systems;
- Excellent general knowledge of building-related electrical controls;
- And proficiency in reading electrical plans and generator systems.
