As Manga Hotel Group grows, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure smooth communication and coordination among stakeholders involved in construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting senior staff with various tasks, such as communicating with subcontractors, recording meeting minutes, negotiating with contractors, and managing data
  • Preparing estimates, procuring materials, and following project specifications and drawings
  • Organizing work by gathering information, setting priorities, and creating construction schedules
  • Resolving issues by collecting and analyzing information
  • Conducting site visits for trade supervision and coordination
  • Documenting and communicating actions and needs among teams
  • Performing any other necessary duties to ensure project success and safety

Job Type: On-site, Full-time

Benefits: Extended health care
