Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated professional who excels in welding techniques and equipment operation. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality production and maintenance of metal components, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Interpret Welding Process Specifications:
Understand and follow detailed welding process specifications to ensure accurate and quality welds

Operate Welding Equipment:
Utilize manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated welding equipment to perform welding tasks efficiently

Read and Interpret Technical Documents:
Accurately read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to execute welding jobs as per the given guidelines

Examine Welds:
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications, ensuring high-quality outputs

Operate Metal Shaping Machinery:
Skillfully operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to prepare materials for welding

Metal Fitting and Straightening:
Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal components to prepare them for welding or final assembly

Determine Material Weldability:
Assess the weldability of different materials to choose the appropriate welding technique and process

Operate Hoisting and Lifting Equipment:
Safely operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy metal parts and assemblies

Operate Set-up Welding Machines:
Use previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

Maintain Equipment:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition
