Le ministère des Relations avec les municipalités et le Nord est à la recherche d'une personne qualifiée et très motivée pour le poste d'agent ou d'agente d'évaluation bilingue. La personne retenue se concentrera sur les biens industriels, commerciaux et de placement à Selkirk et travaillera à la Direction des services d'évaluation foncière, au sein de la Division des services consultatifs et d'évaluation aux municipalités. Il s'agit d'un poste de niveau avancé dans le domaine de l'évaluation foncière, qui nécessite des connaissances approfondies et une vaste expérience des meilleures pratiques, des politiques, de la législation et des évaluations de masse aux fins d'évaluation foncière.

Le ministère des Relations avec les municipalités et le Nord collabore avec ses partenaires municipaux pour bâtir des collectivités fortes et saines. Cela comprend le renforcement des capacités municipales, le soutien et l'amélioration de la prestation de services d'évaluation foncière pour toutes les parties prenantes, ainsi que l'amélioration de la collaboration et des solutions mises en commun avec les municipalités.

Conditions d ́emploi:

- Doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada
- Fournir une vérification satisfaisante du casier judiciaire et maintenir ce statut.
- Être en mesure de faire des heures supplémentaires au besoin.
- Être en mesure de voyager partout dans le district d'évaluation et au Manitoba.
- Être titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide de classe 5 du Manitoba.

Qualités requises:
**Compétences essentielles**
- Certification d'évaluateur de l'Association of Assessing Officers of Manitoba (AAOM) ou d'un organisme d'accréditation équivalent, ou achèvement d'un programme d'études postsecondaires en évaluation foncière, ou diplôme dans un domaine connexe comme l'évaluation immobilière, l'agriculture, l'administration des affaires, la finance ou l'administration municipale. Une combinaison équivalente d'études, de formation et d'expérience connexes pourrait être prise en considération.
- Vaste expérience de l'inspection et de l'évaluation de biens très complexes à des fins fiscales.
- Solide expérience de la présentation de décisions d'évaluation à des organes quasi judiciaires ou à des tribunaux et de la défense de ces décisions.
- Bonne connaissance des lois et règlements relatifs à l'évaluation en général et à l'évaluation foncière au Manitoba.
- Capacité d'analyser et de quantifier tous les facteurs du marché qui ont une incidence sur l'évaluation foncière.
- Capacité à améliorer et à adapter continuellement les tâches et les processus professionnels en réponse aux priorités organisationnelles.
- Habiletés interpersonnelles exceptionnelles permettant de nouer et d'entretenir des relations avec le personnel et les clients, ainsi qu'avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale pour communiquer de l'information simple ou complexe et pour donner des présentations à divers auditoires, en français et en anglais.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite en anglais en français pour communiquer de l'information simple ou complexe à divers auditoires.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps pour établir l'ordre de priorité de demandes concurrentes et multiples dans un environnement qui change rapidement.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions judicieuses et logiques sur des questions complexes liées à l'évaluation foncière.
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes informatiques à l'appui des fonctions d'évaluation.
