  • Hourly pay: $14.00 to $21.00/hour based on experience and certifications

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  1. Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
  2. Dedication to customer service
  3. Fluent in English
  4. Valid driver's license with a clean record
  5. Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
  6. Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
  7. Desire to continually learn new things

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

  1. High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager
  2. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
  3. Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment
  4. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
  5. Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary
  6. You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
