Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs that align with our mission and vision. Collaborate with senior management to set long-term goals and drive strategic initiatives for healthcare excellence.

Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives. Manage the budget and financial resources to support clinical operations and organizational growth.

Team Supervision and Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Supervise and evaluate clinical staff, ensuring continuous professional development and high standards of patient care.

Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning. Ensure financial stability and compliance with regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Relations: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.

Executive Recruitment: Select and mentor middle managers and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions and leadership development. Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions for a motivated and effective team.

Regulatory Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to policies maintaining regulatory standards. Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and standards across all operations.

Quality Assurance and Patient Care: Implement initiatives to enhance clinic performance and patient care outcomes. Coordinate patient scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency and ensure seamless patient care.

Reporting and Analytics: Regularly present reports on clinical operations, financial performance, and strategic progress to senior leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the healthcare sector, managing clinical services in medical clinics. Experience in interdisciplinary services an asset.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 510 people effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, judgment, and decisionmaking abilities.
- Commitment to upholding the highest values and ethics in all aspects of work.
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and a strong understanding of technology in healthcare.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and diligence.
Terms of Employment:
- Permanent, Fulltime
- Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, On Call, Weekend
- Start Date: As soon as possible
