Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex financial and regulatory concepts into user-friendly content
  • Provide UX copy, information architecture, and other key artifacts
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, UX researchers, product owners, and other stakeholders
  • Work alongside other designers and content strategists
  • Conduct research such as heuristic analysis and competitor research to guide content strategy
  • Be collaborative, strategic, data-driven, and user-centric
