The Drake, a Canadian hospitality brand celebrating its 20th anniversary, is on the lookout for energetic individuals to join their team. Currently, The Drake Devonshire is seeking experienced Barbacks who are passionate about creating unique and genuine experiences for guests.

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for guests and team members while upholding standards consistently
• Maintain stock levels, polish glassware and silverware, and perform assigned side work
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas
• Complete general cleaning tasks and closing duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume barback or similar role
• Must be energetic, proactive, and able to handle physical and repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication, multitasking, team collaboration, and independent work skills
• Interest in developing food and beverage knowledge and hospitality experience
• Flexible availability for morning, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts
