As ATB's Client Service Representative, you will provide core transactional banking services to our clients. Your role involves delivering professional and efficient client service by understanding their needs, matching them with suitable products, solutions, and experts to help them succeed.

Accountabilities:

  • Deepening client relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Enhancing the client experience by introducing them to experts and educating them on our digital tools
  • Maintaining and strengthening client relationships by providing top-notch customer service
  • Building internal partner relationships, supporting branch operations, and resolving issues
  • Following service routines, processes, and procedures accurately
  • Processing transactions and following policies
  • Participating in branch meetings and assisting other team members
  • Ensuring branch assets are secure and maintained
  • Creating a personal development plan

Success at the branch level entails:

  • Being a team player willing to adapt and collaborate
  • Demonstrating problem-solving skills and embracing change
  • Having completed Grade 12 and preferably some business courses
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Knowledge of lending services
