**À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail?**

Relevant de la directrice - planification et analyse financière, l'agent(e) de facturation doit principalement s'assurer de percevoir toutes les sommes dues à Pomerleau pour chacun des projets de construction. Notamment:

- Préparer les modèles de facturation en collaboration avec les gérants de projets;
- Lire les contrats des projets pour en connaître les conditions de paiements, l'adresse du client et des fournisseurs et les documents requis pour les paiements;
- S'assurer que les budgets de facturation sont conformes au contrat du client;
- Effectuer une facturation mensuelle pour chaque projet et toute autre petite facturation et mettre à jour les lots de factures;
- Inscrire les factures et entrer les encaissements dans le système informatique;
- Faire état aux gérants de projets des avis de changements en attente et non-facturés;
- S'assurer de recevoir les paiements des clients dans les temps prescrits selon les factures émises;
- Compléter les suivis de facturation pour s'assurer du respect des délais;
- Fournir les quittances aux clients en temps prescrit avec le suivi demandé;
- S'assurer que les documents requis pour la fermeture du projet en prévision des retenues et du paiement final sont reçus selon les termes du contrat;
- Obtenir les dates d'acceptations provisoires et définitives;
- Avoir du plaisir à collaborer avec une équipe dynamique

**Possédez-vous ces qualifications et habiletés?**
- Être titulaire d'un AEC ou DEC en comptabilité ou équivalent;
- Posséder de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité;
- Avoir un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire;
- Posséder des connaissances approfondies des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Avoir un sens de la minutie et de la rigueur;
- Faire preuve d'efficacité et d'un sens de l'organisation des priorités;
- Avoir le souci du bon service à la clientèle;
- Avoir une bonne capacité d'adaptation;
- Être soucieux du respect des délais.
