Your future team:

You will become part of the Operations team reporting to the Director of Operations. This position is also part of the ROCKWOOL Group international ROPEX community.

What you will be doing:

This key position will drive improvements based on the ROCKWOOL Operational Excellence program (ROPEX) at the factory. You will manage and set the agenda & targets for ROPEX from strategic planning to execution of kaizens and improvement initiatives and be responsible for implementation and results. You will be an agent of change by leading training events and ensuring continuous development of ROPEX maturity levels by building a strong continuous improvement culture and realizing tangible business results.

What you bring:

Industrial Engineering degree or comparable education +5 years' experience within companies/industries which are suitable for the role e.g. process, industrial or engineering where they have driven changes effectively Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing implementations with proven success in results and cultural change Strong analytical skills for analysing problems and proposing corrective actions Competent in MS Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project) Practical experience establishing Oobeya Management System for shop floor hourly employees, supervisors, and management Demonstrated leadership and change management competencies to drive change Solid working experience with systematic problem solving (e.g. A3s, 8Ds) Lean Six Sigma knowledge and/or certification Skilled in training, facilitation, and coaching Strong communication skills with ability to adapt communication at all levels in a professional manner
