Job Description:
Sales Associate - RinkSide Sports Hockey Shop.

Position Overview:

RinkSide Sports seeks a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and offer product expertise to enhance the shopping experience.

Ideal for passionate hockey enthusiasts who excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, offering product advice and information.
  • Process transactions accurately and manage inventory restocking.
  • Maintain store appearance and execute visual merchandising.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred.
  • Strong hockey knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Comfortable with retail technology and cash handling.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
