Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne.

**Responsabilités**
- Analyser et évaluer des dossiers, fixer des conditions et recommander l'approbation ou le refus de prêts REER et de prêts à l'investissement en veillant au respect de la législation en vigueur ainsi que des politiques, programmes et procédures de la Banque Laurentienne.
- Rassembler les informations nécessaires à la coordination et à l'analyse des demandes de crédit et soumettre des recommandations à l'autorité compétente.
- Vérifier les données et les informations figurant sur les demandes de prêt afin d'en assurer l'exactitude.
- Fournir des recommandations de crédit cohérentes, objectives et justifiées dans un environnement exigeant.
- Garantir le respect des normes de service quant au traitement des demandes conformément aux politiques et aux procédures de l'entreprise.
- Communiquer des décisions aux clients externes et répondre aux demandes d'information sur le statut des dossiers et les décisions.
- Répondre aux questions des clients internes et externes et fournir des solutions ou transmettre le dossier à l'autorité compétente.
- Atteindre tous les objectifs en matière de productivité.
- Entretenir une maîtrise de l'utilisation des systèmes de base, tels que T24 et ASAP, et une connaissance de tous les systèmes de la Banque.
- Soumettre des recommandations aux gestionnaires du crédit afin d'améliorer les processus de travail.
- Rester au courant de la législation applicable, des politiques, programmes et procédures de la Banque ainsi que des tendances du marché.
- Prendre part à des projets spéciaux et accomplir toute autre tâche de même nature ou d'ordre général demandée par son supérieur ou exigée dans le cadre de ses fonctions.

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine approprié et 2 à 3 années d'expérience pertinente ou Diplôme d'études collégiales et 3 à 5 années d'expérience pertinente.
- Connaissance des pratiques liées au crédit et à la souscription ainsi que des produits de prêt.
- Connaissance du secteur des services financiers et du cadre réglementaire.
- Capacité démontrée à faire preuve d'initiative et de jugement.
- Orientation sur les résultats, tact et facilité à créer des relations avec les clients.
- Fortes habiletés en résolution de problèmes et en négociation.
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Aptitude pour déceler les occasions d'amélioration des processus et les communiquer au superviseur.
- Connaissances de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) et d'Outlook, essentielles; bonne connaissance des systèmes de bases de données complexes et de grande envergure; capacité à assimiler les fonctions d'interrogation des systèmes de traitement administratifs.
- Connaissance des principes 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma ou d'autres méthodes d'amélioration continue, un atout.
- Bilinguisme* (français et anglais), à l'oral et à l'écrit, indispensable.
- Souplesse d'adaptation aux périodes de fort volume, un atout précieux.
