Brescia is currently seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to fill positions as:

COOKS
**Contract positions - Full-time and Part-time
- $16.05 per hour****August 30, April 30,2024
**Receiving primary direction from the Sous Chefs and Food Services Manager, primary
responsibilities will include the assembly, preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverage
products and maintaining the cleanliness of the cooking area.

Required skills include:
competent knowledge of cooking and at least one years' experience in a
commercial or institutional cooking environment; excellent customer service skills; attention to
detail; strong interpersonal skills; ability to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of WHMIS
and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Work may involve some heavy lifting and repetitive
movements. A willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings will also
be necessary.
