About this opportunity
The Marketing Manager, Professional Channels will be responsible for supporting, developing, and executing marketing strategies/tactics for the Professional Channel.

Specifically, the individual will collaborate with the channel leads to develop and execute GTM strategies and tactics that strengthen our brand and innovation adoption.

Responsible for delivering successful marketing initiatives that ladder to business objectives and further enhance customer experience in the professional channel.

Will manage a range of projects, coordinate activities, and work cross-functionally. This position reports to Director of Marketing.

This person must be customer-centric, a self-starter with proven ability to execute and work independently. She/he must work effectively cross-functionally, with sales, product management, clinical education, partners, R&D, and Legal.

In this role, you will

  • In collaboration with the Channel marketing leads, develop and implement gotomarket strategies and commercial marketing efforts to expand market share and pursue growth targets.
  • Product launches in collaboration with Marketing Channel leads
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute on product launches, projects, programs, and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies/vendors and stakeholders across the NA organization, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned
  • Other responsibilities, projects and duties may be assigned as required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in marketing including messaging, promotions, and programs. Marketing experience in medical device/dental is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint required.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Proven capability to navigate through change and operate with speed and agility
  • Excellent analytic and project management skills.
  • Prioritizes well and strategic thinker
  • Ability to multitask and work on issues of diverse scope
  • Creative problemsolver

  • Excellent English written, verbal and presentation communication skills, with French/English bilingualism as a definite asset
