Requirements:
~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
~ 5+ years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement within manufacturing.
~ Proficiency in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
~ Knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
~ Experience with process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC or PDCA.
~ Understanding of manufacturing principles and regulatory compliance.
