**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES ET PRÉFÉRÉES: -**
Posséder un brevet d'enseignement permanent du Manitoba
- Posséder une excellente connaissance du programme d'immersion, des approches relatives à l'enseignement d'une langue

seconde et des deux langues officielles (français et anglais) tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Détenir des compétences dans la facilitation de programmes pour assurer un apprentissage approfondi par:

- la connaissance et mis en pratique des programmes d'étude du Manitoba
- la création et l'utilisation de pratiques d'enseignement et d'évaluation qui engagent les élèves dans leur apprentissage
- la programmation pour les élèves qui sont des apprenants « Anglais Langue Additionnelle »
- l'utilisation de l'approche par projet et par enquête
- la promotion de l'innovation et de la créativité
- une collaboration active entre les élèves et les adultes ainsi qu'avec les collègues, à l'échelle locale et mondiale
- l'inclusion de la voix des élèves et du choix des élèves
- l'exploitation de la technologie comme outil d'apprentissage
