Strategic Sourcing Analystworks directly with Sunbury and RST Senior Leaders and Operational Teams on purchasing decisions, specification requirements, cost optimization, quality, and logistics matters.
Using suitable suppliers based on price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical capabilitiesEvaluate supplier quality, cost, and delivery performance
Enable business leaders to make informed decisions by providing options and recommendations based on data and analysis
Creating purchase orders and monitoring transportation of purchased goods
Expedite materials and services, as required, to meet project deadlines
Develop and maintain supplier contracts
Take part in Procurement on call support rotation
High energy team player, with a positive can-do attitude, flexible an adaptable to change
Knowledge of the trucking industry, post-secondary education and procurement work experience are assets.
