THE OPPORTUNITY


We are on the lookout for dynamic Construction Managers at various experience levels to spearhead and oversee construction activities within our groundbreaking potash mine operations.

As a pivotal player in our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of construction phases, meeting budget targets, upholding safety standards, and fostering collaborative relationships among project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Construction Manager you will:

  • Manage all construction activities for assigned project(s) and report to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure the achievement of objectives in the construction phase, including compliance with budget, expenditures, safety, quality, delivery, and scheduling.
  • Execute operations in a safe manner, ensuring full compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
  • Supervise all construction personnel, including subcontractors, within the project(s) and cultivate positive site team relationships.
  • Monitor and report on all construction activities, providing timely updates to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Construction Manager, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management.
  • Proven experience in construction projects, preferably within mining or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the mining industry.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
