Overview:

The Key Account Manager is accountable and responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship including negotiating agreements, promotional planning, pricing / data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Active P&L Management, internally for PepsiCo & Externally for the customer ensuring sales, profit and net revenue targets are met.
  • Complete postgame analysis, key deliverable tracking/reporting and key insights to improve performance against core goals.
  • Build JPB building blocks and gain customer alignment to JPB targets (sales, profit and share) that support internal AOP, and develop annual customer plan to deliver on targets.
  • Ensure pricing, distribution, shelf, and perimeter fundamentals are in place.
  • Enable execution of customer plans by WHSE Retail teams through regular, effective, impactful, and timely communication and workwiths.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in business discipline
years managing accounts as a Territory/ Key Account Manager. Warehouse experience strongly preferred and / or - 5 years DSD/Warehouse front line management experience.

  • Solid understanding of category, customer, consumer, and competitive activity with ability to integrate knowledge into a compelling sales story and negotiate to close the sale.
