Position Summary:


Diamond is looking for an experienced technical producer to steward the end-to-end build of digital products & websites that attract users, inspire action, and deliver results while upholding the highest governance and compliance standards for top tier brands.


In this role, you will own and lead strategic planning, define product requirements, vet and source the right technical and development partners, scope the project, and orchestrate a cross-functional team of creatives, developers, and clients to create immersive experiences that are technically sound, delightful for users, and a powerful gateway to drive marketing & business performance for our clients.


We're looking for a strategic producer who loves to be at the centre of building new digital experiences, who sweats the details like timelines, budgets, and site stability, and can chart the course for complicated technical programs, translating technical jargon into clear action plans that keep everyone on track.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with clients & account leads to define the client problem & build a sound recommendation
  • Develop persuasive recommendations for technically sound and delightful digital products that inspire stakeholders of any level of technical understanding
  • Collaborate and guide crossfunctional teams including design, dev, data, seo, and clients
  • Communicate risks, opportunities, and solutions with speed
  • Managing ongoing maintenance retainers of digital assets
  • Scope, budget and create timelines for delivery of assets
  • Manage timelines & budgets throughout the project
  • Work closely with the Accounts team on supporting and developing program documentation such as budgets, tracking documents, reports, work back schedules, reconciliations, etc.
  • Run meetings for each project and manage QA processes (both internal and clientfacing)
  • Understand the client's business from a strategic level and align to specific tactical approaches
  • Understand and define specifications for each deliverable and ensure the creative team has appropriate instructions
  • Document requirements and communicate requirements effectively to the implementation team.
  • Develop BRDs, FSDs, and briefs for technical, creative & client partners

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of project management or technical production experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with web builds.
  • Any experience with A/R or V/R is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Web development technologies, including content management systems, HTML, and SMM.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process to effectively manage webdev projects.
  • Understands specifications for digital assets speaks the language of UX, design and development.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, management and organizational skills.
  • Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner.
  • Motivated by a fastmoving, collaborative work environment.
  • Superior time management skills to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, and adaptability.
