Align roadmap with all industrial departments and related financials with Controlling department on a regular basis.
For acute (=local peaks) scrap issues, define the "pragmatic focus of the day" together with the rest of industrial departments and an action plan for process techs to execute in order to mitigate scrap growth.
Set up and monitor SPAs with structured problem approach per industrial department; Prepare scrap attack related data according to POR requirements.
Standardize reports per BT level together with plant ́s data-analyst, for effective management and transparency of scrap information.Ensure compliance with all EHS policies & procedures
Ensure good housekeeping practices
Support the definition and implementation of how to manage ongoing (running production) or upcoming "critical" production to proactively control scrap.
Act as liaison for corresponding central function and ensure alignment with worldwide strategy for scrap attack.
