Senior Process Engineer - EPCM Consulting
Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer in the EPCM consulting business in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Our client is a full-service multi-discipline Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) consulting engineering firm.

We are seeking a self-starter, motivated and team oriented Senior Process Engineer to join their team for a 4-month full-time contractual role.

Perform conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering design in accordance with project execution plan and design / regulatory guidelines
# Delegate and provide leadership, guidance, and support on technical issues (mentor junior engineers & designers)
# Define, plan, and steward engineering scope of work and monitor schedule, costs, quality (key drawings, design concepts, calculations, etc.) Interface with all project team members and Client representatives; A Chemical Engineering degree with 10+ years of progressive engineering experience and 5+ years' leadership experience within an EPCM / industrial plant environment
Strong technical skills in Process Simulation and hydraulic evaluation using the industry-accepted software
Familiarity with fertilizer processes such as pipe reactor, granulation, crystallization, blending, bagging of aluminum sulphate, ammonium phosphate, ammonium sulphate, and potash production
Experienced in equipment and instrument sizing/selection such as separators, columns, pumps, control valves, PSVs, etc
Leadership experience and proven ability with planning engineering work execution, preparing key deliverables, ensuring conformance to standards throughout project stages etc
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
